Seismic CrossFit is NOT your typical CrossFit gym!

SCF is a strength and conditioning facility that offers a wide variety of programs and services to help you achieve optimal health, wellness and fitness.

In addition to CrossFit we offer private one-on-one training, small group training, nutrition programs, boot camp and youth programs. We also offer specialized clinics and corporate wellness programs.

Seismic CrossFit develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from teens to elite athletes, and everything in between.

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.

Our #1 focus is on safety, quality coaching, mastering basic fundamental movement patterns, and building a strong fitness foundation. Class sizes are limited to no more than 12 members so you can experience personalized coaching to ensure you’re utilizing correct technique and working at the appropriate intensity for your ability.

Our model is based on personalized small group training. We have found group training to be incredibly effective as well as a more affordable option to personal training.

Why would I choose CrossFit over going to the gym?

Have you ever wandered around the gym wondering how long you should be working out, what exercises you should be doing and if you are even doing them correctly?

Our daily workouts (WODs) are pre-programmed, well-balanced, high-intensity full body workouts. Every day is different utilizing a variety of training tools and a variety of movement patterns, ensuring that you will always make progress and never get bored. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, yet challenging environment.

Seismic CrossFit is a supportive, motivational and community based environment. All ages (16 +) are welcome. Our classes are suited for all fitness levels and abilities even for those who have never exercised before. We want you to succeed and achieve your goals!

What if I don’t know how to do any of the movements in the Workout Of The Day (WOD)?

We know that sometimes the workout/movements can look intimidating and you may not even know what the exercises are. To ensure that you understand the workout format and the proper movements, we go over the workout and all of the movements as a group prior to beginning the workout. If modifications are needed they will be applied during the practice so you will be working at the proper level for your abilities. You will also complete 3 one on one sessions as a new member.

I’m nervous that I won’t be able to keep up with the group. How are beginners integrated into the class?

Prior to your first class at Seismic CrossFit, we will talk with you about your exercise history and any injuries/limitations we should be aware of. Since these are small group personal training sessions, we will apply any modifications at the beginning and during the workout as needed. The first step is to come in for a free workout to see if Seismic CrossFit is right for you!

What is the coach:member ratio? How many people are in each class?

Class sizes are limited to no more than 12 members so you can experience one on one coaching to ensure you’re utilizing correct technique and working at the appropriate intensity for your ability. Your coach is always walking around helping adjust and teaching you while you are working out. Some class may only have 4 – 6 people while others have 12. We pride ourselves on making sure everyone moves efficiently; you’ll get lots of attention.
